If a parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation.
All claims for lost or missing parcels are subject to courier investigation and verification.
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered by the courier.
