ORDER PLACEMENT & ACCEPTANCE
All purchases are subject to availability and confirmation.
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or altered.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided, including billing and delivery details, is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information entered at checkout.
PRODUCT REPRESENTATION & AVAILABILITY
We strive to present product descriptions, imagery, and colour tones as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to lighting, screen calibration, or photography.
Our collections are produced in limited quantities. Availability may change without prior notice and items may sell out.
CRAFTSMANSHIP & PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
Ameliyana Origins pieces are created using traditional techniques and may include hand embroidery, delicate fabrics, detailed finishing, and artisanal embellishment.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our garments, minor variations, thread irregularities, bead movement, or subtle inconsistencies may occur. These characteristics are part of the garment’s artisanal construction and are not considered defects.
All items are inspected prior to dispatch to ensure quality standards at the time of shipment.
Damage occurring after delivery, including wear, force applied to embellishment, alteration, washing, staining, or exposure to perfume, smoke, or environmental odours, will not be treated as a manufacturing fault.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge the delicate and handcrafted nature of our collections.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be updated without notice.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
While we aim to dispatch promptly, we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs procedures, or circumstances outside our control.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

RETURNS & CLAIMS
All sales are final unless an item is verified as faulty or incorrect.
Any claim must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence. Each case is assessed individually.
Items returned for inspection must be in original condition. Signs of wear, alteration, excessive handling, or odour will void eligibility.
If a fault is confirmed following inspection, return postage will be reimbursed. If no fault is found, shipping costs are non-refundable.
