Refund policy

At Ameliyana Origins, each piece is released in limited quantities and carefully inspected prior to dispatch.

Due to the considered nature of our collections, including delicate fabrics, hand-finishing, and detailed embellishment, all purchases are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

We strongly encourage customers to review sizing, measurements, and product details before completing their order. If you require clarification before purchasing, our team will be happy to assist via the Contact page.

ORDER AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or modified.

Please ensure all details are correct at checkout.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the rare event that you receive an item with a verified manufacturing fault or the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear supporting images.

All pieces undergo quality checks prior to dispatch. Damage caused by wear, excessive handling, force applied to embellishments, washing, alterations, staining, or post-delivery changes will not be classified as a manufacturing fault.

If an item is requested back for inspection, it must be returned in its original condition. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, handling beyond reasonable inspection, or any form of odour including perfume, smoke, or environmental scents will not qualify for refund consideration.

Each case is reviewed individually, and further guidance will be provided where appropriate.

RETURN POSTAGE FOR INSPECTIONS

Where an item is returned for assessment, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If a fault is confirmed following inspection, original return postage will be reimbursed.

If no manufacturing fault is identified, postage costs will not be refunded.

SALE & FINAL RELEASE PIECES

Items purchased during promotional periods or marked as final release are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where a verified manufacturing fault is confirmed.
