Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
During high-demand periods such as Eid launches and seasonal releases, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.
UK Delivery
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on the service selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 48
Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase.
Next Day Guaranteed Delivery (UK Only)
Our Next Day Guaranteed service is available for UK customers requiring priority delivery.
Orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) and selecting this service at checkout will be prioritised for dispatch within 24 hours.
Delivery is scheduled for the next working day after dispatch.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected destinations. Available countries and shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
For international orders:
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applied by their local authorities.
• Couriers may request additional information for customs clearance, which can occasionally cause delays.
• If a parcel is held, delayed, or returned due to unpaid duties or incomplete customs information, shipping fees are non-refundable.
